The 2016 YHEC Fundraiser Dinner will be held on Saturday April 09, 2016, at the Elks Club on Prospect Hill Road, Horseheads, NY. Doors open at 5pm. Tickets are $30. There will be door prizes, raffles, prize buckets, silent auctions, and a live auction.
