2017 NY State YHEC Event Registration

The 2017 NY State YHEC Event registration form in PDF format can be found on the Resources tab, or you can get it by emailing: YHEC@SullivansSharpshooters.org. Registration cost is $20.

Meals will be: breakfast and lunch Saturday and Sunday. Cost is $5 per meal and groups are encouraged to pay this cost in advance for each participant in order to help us plan the number of meals needed. The menu will be similar to previous years.

We hope to have as many events completed on Saturday as possible and be done by 5pm. If necessary we will complete the events on Sunday morning and have the awards ceremony around Noon.

Participants are encouraged to return completed registration forms and payment before May 30th. If you can not return them before then, please contact us and advise the number of participants you will be bringing.

Please note that if you are following the directions from State Route 13 on the resources tab, there is a detour near the end of the route. The detour is clearly marked so it should not present a problem.
